Dr. Shrikant Kallurkar is an accomplished academic leader, researcher, author, and management educator with over 45 years of professional experience, including 40 years in higher education and 5 years in industry with Bajaj Auto Ltd. and Kirloskar Brothers Ltd., Pune.
Throughout his distinguished career, he has served as Principal of leading engineering institutions, guided doctoral scholars, led nationally funded research projects, and mentored thousands of students, faculty members, entrepreneurs, and academic leaders. His work is dedicated to integrating Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) with modern management, leadership, entrepreneurship, and human development.
He is the Founder of Vedic Success Systems, a research-driven initiative committed to developing globally relevant frameworks for conscious leadership, organizational excellence, and human flourishing based on timeless Indian wisdom and contemporary scientific research.
